We Literally Wrote The Book On
Ohio Workers’ Compensation
Whether you are the victim of a workplace injury or disabilities, we can
help you get the benefits you deserve.
Ready to fight for the rights of his clients in and out of court, Michael Dusseau’s dedicated approach has led to many significant wins on behalf of the injured and disabled. He has won cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, appellate courts, in administrative hearings and at trial for over a decade.
While workers’ compensation is ever-changing and complex, Mr. Dusseau stays on the leading edge of the law. He frequently lectures and writes on emerging topics and trends in Ohio workers’ compensation for fellow attorneys.
Mr. Dusseau has been named to the Ohio Workers’ Compensation Super Lawyers list and is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School (J.D., cum laude).
Happy to be able to give back to his community, Mr. Dusseau volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Columbus and Keep Moving, the nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families in Columbus navigate difficult times. He lives in Columbus with his wife and two sons.
