A well-respected voice for injured workers and disabled Social Security claimants in Ohio, Chelsea Fulton Rubin has had success at administrative, trial, and appellate levels throughout her career. She has won numerous cases in the Tenth District Court of Appeals as well as the Ohio Supreme Court. She is relentless in pursuing the benefits her clients deserve, having successfully appealed Social Security claims all the way to federal district court.

Ms. Rubin frequently submits briefs to the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of the Ohio Association for Justice, and received the Amicus Curiae Award in 2017 for her efforts. She was named a Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers and has lectured and taught in both workers’ compensation and Social Security law.

She is on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, along with several other professional memberships.

A graduate and former adjunct professor at the Ohio State University, she lives with her husband and two children in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
